The Current - December

Firstly, Happy Christmas!  What an incredible year it's been, the highlight was obviously our successful Kickstarter to create a T-Shirt range made using seaweed fibre.  That project seems to have ignited our business gaining world wide exposure and helping to highlight seaweed as a serious way to contribute to solving the climate crisis.

So more than anything I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported us since the idea began and especially since the Kickstarter.  There's some bigger things happening which is super exciting and more will be announced in the new year. 

Inland Sea was founded on the passion to raise awareness of plastic pollution in our cities and towns and how that ultimately ends up in the sea.  We have since evolved to learn so much about the climate crisis as that worsens and peoples attitudes evolve and adapt to the seriousness of the issue.  Our plans are to become a pioneer clothing brand in using sustainable materials that are non polluting and where possible carbon positive.  We also want to promote the investment and encourage seaweed farms here in the UK as well as UK based manufacturing.

Just a heads up on Christmas orders, we are able to complete any 'Print on Demand' orders (which take up to 7 days) by Wednesday 15th December.  Any in stock products we will be able to send out up until 22nd.  

The shop is open most days, but please email us or DM us to make sure.  We are open Saturday 11th and 18th.  We will be officially closed for 1 week over Christmas 24th to 4th January.
